Do you feel like you're in a rut, and just eating the same foods day in, day out? 

I can help you with some healthy recipes, and a personalised meal plan to give more variety to your meals.

If you are looking for a meal plan that will help get you on track to healthy eating, I can help.  

All you have to do is fill out a simple form that will find out all your food likes and dislikes, allergies, intolerances, health goals, health conditions then I can do you up a menu plan to suit you, filled with tasty, nutritious recipes to get you on your way.

They can be based around how much time you like to spend in the kitchen with things like preparation, cooking time and will also include a shopping list.

It's not about being on a diet, it's about making a healthy lifestyle change, there are going to be yummy recipes in your meal plan so you won't feel deprived.

You can continue to purchase ongoing meal plans for as long as you'd like after each 2 week period.
